Using IPI Authenticator as your two-factor authentication method for SSO

Step 1: Enroll the software key on IES

To use IPI Authenticator first you need to enroll the mobile app on IPI Enterprise Server (IES). To do this, follow simple steps:

  1. Open your IES and go to the "Profile" section. \

  2. Go to the "Mobile App" section and click the "Register IPI Authenticator" button. Here you can download IPI Authenticator for your OS from Google Play or App Store via corresponding links. \

  3. Open IPI Authenticator and scan the QR code on IES. \

  4. Confirm SSO enrollment on IPI Authenticator. \

  5. That is all set. Now you can login on IES with the IPI Authenticator.

Step 2: Sign in with IPI Authenticator

  1. Type your email and click the "Next" button. \

  2. Type your password and click the "Next" button. \

  3. Click the "IPI Authenticator App" button. \

  4. Open IPI Authenticator App and scan the QR code. \

  5. Confirm the login at the IPI Authenticator.

Also, for some devices it is possible to scan the code directly from the smartphone camera, this will redirect you to IPI Authenticator.
