SSO enrollment (user account)

Please, first ensure that your IES administrator enabled SSO option for your user.

Enrollment as the second factor

1. Open the email from the IES in your mailbox and follow the link in it.

   
2. Follow the screen guide and set the password.

   

   
3. Then click the "Use IPI Authenticator" button.

   
4. Here, you can download IPI Authenticator for your OS from Google Play or App Store via corresponding links.

   
5. Open IPI Authenticator and scan the QR code on IES.

   
6. Confirm SSO enrollment on IPI Authenticator.

   
7. That is all set. Now you can log in with the IPI Authenticator as a second factor.

Enrollment for passwordless login

1. Open the email from the IES in your mailbox and follow the link in it.

   
2. Then click the “Use IPI Authenticator” button.

   
3. Here, you can download IPI Authenticator for your OS from Google Play or App Store via corresponding links.

   
4. Open IPI Authenticator and scan the QR code on IES.

   
5. Confirm SSO enrollment on IPI Authenticator.

   

If you already registered a security key for SSO, you can register the mobile app by following these steps:

1. Go to the "IPI Authenticator" section and click the "Register IPI Authenticator" button.

   Here, you can download IPI Authenticator for your OS from Google Play or App Store via corresponding links.

   

   
2. Open IPI Authenticator and scan the QR code on IES.

   
3. Confirm SSO enrollment on IPI Authenticator.

   
4. That is all set. Now you can log in with the IPI Authenticator.
