Setting Up Gmail with IES
Enable 2-Step Verification:
Go to your Google Account.
Navigate to Security from the left-side menu.
In the Signing in to Google section, click 2-Step Verification and follow the instructions to enable it.
Generate App Password:
After enabling 2-Step Verification, go back to the Security section.
Under Signing in to Google, click App passwords.
Select the Mail app and choose your device, then click Generate.
A 16-character password will be generated (example:
xfvnjrnzhsrodwuv).
Insert the Generated App Password into IES:
Open the IES Email Settings in the Settings → Parameters → Mail section.
Configure the email sender using the following details:

Save the Settings:
Save the changes in IES and verify that the email configuration works by sending a test email.
With these steps, your IPI Enterprise Server will use Gmail as its email service, allowing it to send notifications and other messages through your Gmail account.
