What do I do if the connection with the IES server cannot be established?
IPI Client App – Connection with the IES Server
a) Check that the server address is correct.
In case of changing the server address, do not forget to change the server address in the IPI Client interface. Go to the Settings > IPI Enterprise Server fill in or change the IES server address and click Save.
If you don't know the IES server address - ask your Administrator.
b) Check that the IPI service is running, restart it.
