# Personal account management

IPI Enterprise Server – Personal account management

To edit a personal account, go to the **Employees details page**.

In the column with the account type, you can recognize whether this is a personal or shared account.

Actions available for accounts:\
\- [Edit](#edit-account-information)\
\- [Edit password](#edit-password)\
\- [Edit OTP](#edit-otp)\
\- [Delete​](#delete-account)

### Edit account information <a href="#edit-account-information" id="edit-account-information"></a>

#### Step 1 <a href="#step-1" id="step-1"></a>

Select the line with the needed account and click **Edit**.

#### Step 2 <a href="#step-2" id="step-2"></a>

Make all needed changes and click **Save**.

### Edit password <a href="#edit-password" id="edit-password"></a>

#### Step 1 <a href="#step-1-1" id="step-1-1"></a>

Select the line with the needed account and click **Edit password**.

#### Step 2 <a href="#step-2-1" id="step-2-1"></a>

Change the account password (you should enter a new password and confirm it by re-entering, there is no need to know the current password) and click **Save**.

### Edit OTP <a href="#edit-otp" id="edit-otp"></a>

#### Step 1 <a href="#step-1-2" id="step-1-2"></a>

Select the line with the needed account and click **Edit OTP**.

Enter the new OTP secret and click **Save**.

### Delete account <a href="#delete-account" id="delete-account"></a>

#### Step 1 <a href="#step-1-3" id="step-1-3"></a>

Select the line with the needed account and click **Delete**.

Click **Delete** one more time.
