If the IPI Authenticator QR code does not appear on the lock screen during an RDP session, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Disable NLA on the RDP Server:
Go to Start → Settings → System → Remote Desktop on the server.
Disable Network Level Authentication (NLA).
Save the RDP Session Configuration:
On the client PC, enter your RDP session credentials.
Save the RDP session configuration file.
Open the saved RDP file (e.g., in Notepad) and add the following line:
